Attended a wedding at this location. The food was delicious and well cooked. Everyone raved about how delicious it was. The Staff were prompt at service and were quick to ensure the entire table was served quickly. Such a gorgeous venue.

Wabek Country Club is truly one of the finest event venues in Michigan. The service is outstanding from start to finish—professional, attentive, and welcoming. The food is absolutely exceptional, easily among the best you’ll find anywhere in Michigan. Every detail is handled with care, making every event feel elegant and unforgettable. As a DJ and entertainment provider who performs at wedding venues and banquet halls all across Michigan, I can honestly say that Wabek Country Club stands out for its quality, professionalism, and overall experience. We recently hired Wabeek Catering for our daughter's Communion party at our home, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. Diane, Lee, and the entire staff did an absolutely incredible job! The food was amazing and our guests couldn't stop complimenting how delicious everything was. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional service made the day completely stress free for us. We were truly blown away and will absolutely be using Wabeek Catering again for future parties. Highly recommend!

Wabeek Country Club is one of those venues where everything just works, not only in how it looks, but in how it feels throughout the entire day. I photographed a wedding here in September, and the energy never dipped once. The dance floor stayed full all night, which says a lot about how the space supports the flow of a wedding. It naturally encourages people to stay present, celebrate fully, and actually enjoy themselves instead of drifting in and out. What stood out even more, though, was the level of care from their team — especially Diane, the coordinator. She was deeply invested in making sure our shared couple had an incredible experience, while also supporting the vendor team in a way that made the entire day run smoothly. From arranging a golf cart so we could take the couple out to the dock for portraits, to grabbing them drinks and anticipating needs before they were even voiced — she approached the day with a level of intention that you don’t always see. There was also a moment that stuck with me personally. As a wedding photographer, I’m constantly moving and often have to step away mid-meal to capture a moment. I recently attended an event here and completely fell in love with this club. Not only was the food delicious, but the service was truly outstanding. As someone who has experienced other clubs and events, I can confidently say this was some of the best service I’ve received. A special thank you to Dasia, who took exceptional care of our party. Her attentiveness, warmth, and knowledge made the entire experience feel seamless and elevated. She truly went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be returning.
